Launchpad USA (master thesis)
Launchpad USA is one of Amcham Finland’s flagship programs. I was responsible for the redesign of the program’s website and processes using a custom gamification model I created back in 2015. The redesign was my master thesis topic for the Haaga-Helia Information Systems Management Masters program and it was a finalist for the best thesis of the year.
