This is a project I took up back in 2013. The aim was to design the intranet site for a public sector organization.
I began with face to face interviews and surveys of the organization’s employees. Based on their feedback I went ahead with building the personas and customer journeys of the different user profiles.
I continued with the Information Architecture for the intranet, the wireframing and the prototype screens.
The screens were sent to an external development contractor.
